| APPRENTICESHIP SCHEME |
| The joint apprenticeship programme between Royal Brunei Catering Sdn Bhd and Maktab Teknik Sulltan Saiful Rijal was launched in 1996, resulting over 41 graduates. |
| In 1999, the apprenticeship training programme in professional Cookery and Service was formed by the Brunei Technical and Vocational Education. Another 12 graduates have been produced under new apprenticeship scheme. |
