AIRCRAFT CATERING CENTRE

The Aircraft Catering Centre produces 2,000 to 2,500 meals per day, catering for HMSF His Majesty Sultan’s Flights, Royal Brunei Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Thai Airways and VIP Flights.

It also produces retail product of RBC Bakery & Pastry such as bread, pastries and cakes; the RBC Delicatessen product such as retail burgers and sausages.

RESTAURANT AND OUTSIDE CATERING

RBC is operating six restaurants to serve the general public. The Airport Restaurant at Brunei International Airport; Seasons Restaurant and Dynasty Restaurant in Gadong commercial district; the Emperor’s Court at Hua Ho Manggis; the Poolside Restaurant and Amigos Café at the Royal Brunei Recreation Club.

For banqueting and functions, the outside catering division provides full banqueting services to private organisations and government bodies, including Royal banquets, ministerial meetings, conventions and conferences.

RBC was the caterer for Brunei Darussalam’s Independence Day in 1984, SEA Games Village in 1999, Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation's Forum in November 2000.

INDUSTRIAL CATERING

Another milestone in RBC’s growth of its first business venture in RIPAS Hospital catering.

Since 1st September 2001, RBC provides full-day catering services to RIPAS Hospital. All meals are delivered and served to the patients by specially trained RBC employees.

RBC provides supplies of RBC Delicatessen products to leading supermarkets and third party outlets. These include in-house cold cuts, burgers, sausages and value added products.
